I received another update from our crumbling office in Mount Vernon today. If we don’t come home soon, there may not be much of a church left…
Enchiladas, Burritos, … yum! A highlight of our trip was spotting the Emmanuel van as we flew over the Californian Hwy. We waved to the guys but they didn’t wave back … that was a tad bit rude guys! Maybe if we go shopping in LA tomorrow we will stop by one of your sessions and say “hi” … it depends how many purchases we make. The more cargo, the harder it is for Chikita to pilot the thing … I have never seen Mt. Rainer as “up close and personal” as I did yesterday!
Back in the office this afternoon we had a few people come in who wanted some counseling from Pastor Christian. Since he is away, we knew we needed help and soon! So we hired a new counselor … Ms. Banana McGee … a wonderful lady. I included a picture of her during one of her counseling sessions.

We know you will approve. She is great! Oh and don’t worry … we asked Sue and there is more money in the budget for a new hire. We though an annual salary of $245,678 was very fair. Lucky for us, she thought so too! Terry received some counseling from her this morning and look at how well it worked! Doesn’t Terry look refreshed

That’s not the worst of it. Chikita has this clock, where half the numbers are missing on it. She uses that clock as an excuse to leave and go home whenever she feels like it. When questioned about the clock’s accuracy, her only response is “Whatever!”
